Every domain you run, in one console

RankingSolution is how multi-domain portfolios stay operable: domains and DNS, deployments, infrastructure, search performance, and the SEO work that comes off it. We run it, and you get a console you can see into.

No public signup. Access is granted after we talk. Pricing is custom.

The problem

Portfolios outgrow spreadsheets and tool tabs

If you run ten or more domains across registrars, hosts, and DNS providers, the tools are not the expensive part. Losing track of what lives where, and what needs work next, is.

  • Which registrar, DNS, or host is this domain on?
Live NS lookup finds the authoritative provider. A Netlify zone whose NS moved away is flagged dead.
  • What are we paying for that nobody uses?
Servers, droplets, and object storage in one place with sizes and cost estimates.
  • Which pages are quietly dying?
Decaying-content detection off Search Console period-over-period data.
  • We know what to fix but nobody fixes it.
Signals become proposals. Someone approves one, and RankingSolution publishes it. Nothing goes live without that step.
  • SEO tool spend is unpredictable.
Smart Run only runs what is due, prices it before it runs, and refuses to overspend.

What you get

Nine areas, one workspace

Role-scoped views for operators and for clients who only see the domains granted to them.

Domains

Root domains from Cloudflare and Netlify DNS, live NS lookup, mail provider from MX, dead zones flagged, portfolio tiers and notes.

Catalog

One row per Railway project or Netlify site, linked domains, and GitHub repos that survive renames.

Infrastructure

Cloudways, DigitalOcean, AWS EC2, R2 and S3 in one view, with sizes and cost estimates.

Insights

Google Search Console, GA4, AdSense, and Bing Webmaster. Totals, keywords, and pages per domain.

SEO tools

Site audit, rankings, backlinks, keyword research, competitor and backlink gaps, and AI visibility. One page each.

Signals

Typed rules that surface what is worth fixing: quick wins, decaying content, new content, monetization gaps, and more.

Proposals

Signals become AI-drafted title/meta or rewrites. Quality floor, human approval, then publish to the CMS.

Smart Run

Runs only what is due, prices the job first, and stops at per-run and monthly budgets.

Tasks & agents

Internal tasks with mentions and due dates. MCP surface so agents get the same role-scoped access as people.

Full feature breakdown

The differentiator

Find the fix, draft it, ship it, with a person approving

RankingSolution watches each domain and raises typed signals. A signal can become an AI-drafted proposal. Drafts must clear a quality floor before a person ever sees them. Someone reviews the draft and approves it, and only then does it publish.

  1. Detect

Quick wins, decaying pages, new content demand, monetization gaps, DR and backlink alerts.

  2. Draft & gate

Title and meta rules enforced. Filler phrases banned. Weak drafts never reach approval.

  3. Approve & publish

Human decision, then push to the CMS. Applying is idempotent.

Spend control & agents

SEO tooling that prices the run before it runs

Smart Run picks tools that are actually due, estimates cost from recent API history, and executes inside per-run and monthly caps. Exhausted budget refuses before anything is spent.

The same console is agent-native: MCP tools with OAuth or a bearer token, scoped by the same roles and domain grants as people. There is no separate permission model for agents.

How it is built

Server-rendered, fail-closed, one permission model

Server-rendered

No SPA framework in the console. Fast on any connection. Health check at /healthz.

Jobs that do not steal traffic

A dedicated worker owns the scheduler. Postgres advisory locks so each job fires once.

Access that revokes on the next request

GFAVIP Wallet SSO only. Token checked every call. SSO fails closed. No passwords.
