What RankingSolution does
One role-scoped workspace covering domains and DNS, deployments, cloud infrastructure, search performance, and the SEO work that comes off the back of it. Not a keyword tool, rank tracker, or website builder. Those are pieces of it.

Domains
Root domains pulled from Cloudflare and Netlify DNS, with a live NS lookup to determine the authoritative provider. Mail provider detected from MX. Dead Netlify zones flagged. Portfolio tiers (tier_1 through tier_3, plus unclassified), tags, search, and durable per-domain notes for business role, audience, offer, owner, and next review date.
Catalog / Projects
One row per Railway project or Netlify site, its domains, and the full GitHub repo list. Repo links survive renames via stored aliases.
Infrastructure
Cloudways servers and apps, DigitalOcean droplets, AWS EC2 instances, Cloudflare R2 and AWS S3 buckets, with sizes and cost estimates.
Insights
Google Search Console, GA4, AdSense, and Bing Webmaster. Daily totals, keywords, pages, and breakdowns per domain.
SEO
Shipped tools, one page each: Site Audit, Domain Rating, Backlinks, Referring Domains, My Rankings, Check Rankings, Tracked Keywords, Keyword Research, Discover Competitors, Competitor Gap, Backlink Gap, and LLM Mentions / AI Visibility. Per-domain views also include Overview, Performance, Top Pages, Opportunities, Content Automation, Signals, Smart Run, and Tasks.
Signals
Six shipped rules: quick_win, decaying_content, new_content, monetization_gap, dr_drop, and backlink_alert. Google and Bing stay separate and are never averaged together. Thresholds are configurable. Severity and priority score order the list by what is worth doing first.
Proposals
A signal becomes an AI-drafted title/meta (quick_win) or title/meta/body rewrite (decaying_content). Drafts must clear a deterministic quality floor. Someone approves the draft, and RankingSolution then publishes it to the CMS. Applying is idempotent, so a repeated apply changes nothing.
Smart Run
Picks which SEO tools are due, prices the run before it runs, and executes inside a per-run cap and monthly budget. Optional nightly cohort. Dry run available. Server-side guards cannot be overridden by the caller.
Tasks
Internal task list with comments, replies, @username mentions, reactions, image attachments, due dates, assignees, priorities, and a full activity trail. Tasks can be linked to a domain.
Agent surface (MCP)
Contract at /llms.txt, MCP at /mcp. Connect from Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Codex, or any MCP client. OAuth 2.1 or GFAVIP Wallet bearer token. Twenty role-scoped tools. Agents inherit the same domain grants as people. Spend tools use the same Smart Run budgets.
